Referrals come from Surgeons, GPs, Physiotherapists, and other health practitioners. Referrals are required for all Worksafe and TAC patients. Private patients do not require a referral to be seen by us.

Private patients may receive a rebate from their private health fund if cover includes ancillary services for Occupational Therapy. Some health funds may also provide a rebate on custom made splints and other hand therapy products. Please contact our friendly reception team at the time of booking an appointment for further pricing information.

Some patients may be eligible for a rebate through Medicare. Speak with your GP regarding your eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management Program (Enhanced Primary Care) for more information.

Workcover, TAC, DVA, ADF and NDIS patients in most circumstances will not have any out of pocket costs for their hand therapy.
